Privacy policy

The specific data we hold, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed.

This is placeholder wording drafted for the website build. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must be replaced with final legal language before launch. Last revised: draft, pending legal review.

01What we collect

Account data: your email address, a hashed password, and your plan.

Billing data: handled by a payment processor. We store an identifier and invoice records, not your card details.

Operational data: minimal records needed to run the service, such as active session counts against your device limit and error diagnostics.

02What we do not collect

We do not build a record of the websites you visit, the addresses you connect to, or the contents of your traffic through the VPN.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

03Why we collect it

To create and authenticate your account, to enforce plan limits, to take payment, to answer support requests, and to keep the service working.

04Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Diagnostic records are short-lived.

05Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Closing your account removes your account data, subject to legally required records.

06Legal requests

If we receive a valid legal request we can only produce data we actually hold. That is why we keep as little as possible.

07Contact

Privacy questions and data requests go to our support address, and we will confirm receipt.
